I have listed another 35 golf course homes which are being built at Turnberry Woods on the 4th fairway of the Homestead Golf Course in Midway. In Park City, I have a 17 unit single family home development in Lower Pinebrook called Ecker Village. I also represent three high-end, whole ownership ski area developments: Silverado Lodge, a 94 unit condo-hotel; Escala Lodges, a 84 unit condo-hotel; and Sunrise at Escala, an 83 unit condo-hotel. I also represent Les Chateaux DuVal, a European mountain village of 18 single family homes with ski-in, ski-out access to the ski area and Dakota Mountain Lodge, a high-end condo hotel with 105 units.

I spend my time away from real estate with my wife Susan and our four children. We are all involved in a hobby that has turned into a passion, Martial Arts. Every member of our family is a Black Belt and we run the Bobby Lawrence Karate School, the only full-time karate studio in Park City. I have been with Master Lawrence since 1989 and am the Head of School and a 3rd Degree Black Belt. Karate is a good balance to the demands of the real estate business and it is rewarding to teach students who range in age from 4 to 62 years of age!
